Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the shipping policy in South American countries?
We ship to all South American countries, except to Argentina, with the following conditions:
- Payment method: payments can be made by bank transfer in euros or by credit card, Visa or Mastercard. To complete the payment, your bank will send a security code to your phone for every purchase you make. Should you not receive it, it may be because you card is not enabled or your bank doesn't have your phone number. Please, make sure you can shop online with your card.
- Shipping method: by regular mail*, in a sealed envelope without delivery notes or shipping bills for more discreet and safer shipments. Sending your order by regular mail reduces not only the shipping costs but also the risk that it is held up at customs. The disadvantages are the longer delivery times, ranging from 15 to 30 working days, and the lack of a tracking number, making it impossible to know the exact location of the parcel.
- Customs: if the parcel gets lost or is held up at customs, WE SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. Most parcels reach their destination without any problems, but there's a small likelihood of this happening, in which case we won't give any refunds or send the order again. Only when the parcel detained by customs comes back to us, will we send it again, once it reaches our premises.
* Orders shipped by REGULAR MAIL don't come with delivery insurance coverage and aren't assigned any tracking number, so we cannot ensure the success of the delivery. The client assumes all responsibility and we will not be held responsible for any potential issues arising during transit. When shipped by regular mail, Dinafem seeds are sent in an Eppendorf lab tube. The recipient will receive a confirmation e-mail when the order leaves our premises. For this order to be delivered, the carrier requires that both the recipient's name and the delivery address are written in the Roman alphabet. Failing this, the carrier will not be able to deliver the order.
