Pass the Grass… a new board game for cannabis lovers

Ever since some US states began to legalise marijuana for recreational use, something is changing at a social level in the country: users and weed lovers cannot only smoke it and enjoy it, but also benefit from all kinds of products related to the green world. The latest is 'Pass the Grass', a game by and for the plant.

Paul Greenwald, author, claims that he had this idea to honour the cannabis in the early 70's. So when Colorado took the final step to becoming the first state to regulate it, he thought it was time to bring it to light.

Two years later, 'Pass the Grass' is completely designed and can be purchased in its physical format on Amazon for about 22 euros and 2.27 euros for Android tablets. "The intention is that it can be played in the 23 states" which have implemented policies of regulation or decriminalization of recreational and medical cannabis, said Greenwald.

The design of the game board is very similar to that of Monopoly. In this case the player, after throwing the dice and moving the tab, gives or not a drag off a marijuana cigarette, according to the box in which the tab is located. The strategy is similar on the tablet version. Greenwald recommends enjoying the experience, because in this game everyone is a winner.

The creator considers that the current situation of progressive legalization must be seized upon to change the attitude of citizens just as politics is doing: "It is important that we respect ourselves and respect the right we have to enjoy our favourite product", he expressed in his website.
