Dinafem Wins the Best Extraction Award at the 2014 Expogrow Cup with its Cheese Auto

The strain thus joins our Original Amnesia (Sativa First Prize 2012) and Expogrow2013 Best Seed Bank prizes, adding to the list of Dinafem's awards won at the fair, an event that seeks to recognize the best seeds in their various forms. This year a new judging system was opted for, with the participants themselves deciding the winners.

For this cup, the Dinafem team created an Autoflowering Cheese hash, a strain with a more powerful and more physical effect than the non-automatic line, while maintaining and delivering all of the distinctive flavour and aroma of the original Cheese. The final hash was obtained after several cold sifts (at 4°C), and with 150- and 70-micron meshes.

Here, we explain in detail how the tasting was carried out of the different strains sent by the organization to this event. And we leave you with a video explaining the whole process for the extraction of our winning hash, which highlights the importance of separating, with the help of pressure and temperature, the resin glands from the lowly plant remnants, to obtain a hash that is as pure as it is delicious.
